Civil rights ombudsman Máté Szabó will not turn to the Constitutional Court over the question of tobacco retail licences, his office announced in a weekend statement. Karácsony will have to pay Ft 50,000 and Szilágyi Ft 185,000 for holding up a poster with the caption You Are Stealing, Cheating and Lying, in the auditorium in protest against the amendment to the act on tobacconist store licence bids and on information freedom.
