An unspecified court of first instance awarded the 92.9 MHz community, free frequency to radio station Klubrádió again on Wednesday. Klubrádió had launched a lawsuit against the Media Council, as it won the frequency before the 2010 elections, but neither then media authority ORTT nor its legal successor the Media Council will sign the contract with it.
