The Budapest Photo Festival is an annual city-wide exhibition series what represents the contemporary and classical values of the photography by the presence of the Hungarian and international art scene. The aim of the Festival is to create Budapest to be the „City of Photography”.

A Family Affairs Cabinet has been formed. The agenda of its first meeting featured the establishment of a demography policy institute under the name of sociologist Mária Kopp and a variety of family support measures, the Minister of Human Capacities and the Minister of State for Family, Youth and International Affairs said at a press conference held after the meeting.

It was nothing short of a miracle that he survived in the ruined and looted capital after the war. Nevertheless, he managed to turn even the experience of this lethal illness to his advantage in the course of his long and successful career.
