Budapest’s public bike-sharing system registered the 100,000th user on Wednesday afternoon, the Budapest Transport Centre (BKK) said. The Mol Bubi system was launched on Sept. 8 and since then 4,000 people have bought weekly or monthly passes and thousands have tried out the community bikes with a one-off rental.

MOL Bubi, the public bike-sharing system that is a new mode of public transport in Budapest will be launched on Monday, 8 September 2014.
