Remarks questioning the independence of the Hungarian judiciary by European Commissioner for Justice, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship Viviane Reding are "outrageous and unacceptable," Minister of Public Administration and Justice Tibor Navracsics said in a letter to the commissioner published on Sunday.
