Some 25-30 people camped outside the entrance to the Human Resources Ministry shortly before 8 a.m. Tuesday morning. Ten participants pulled black nylon coverings over themselves, reminiscent of sacks in which human bodies are laid, and then lay down on cartons on the pavement. A symbolic farewell was bidden to them and a flower was placed on them.
Hungarian Government Spends 8.5 Billion Forints On Homeless Services

By the end of the year the government will have spent 8.5 billion forints (EUR 30m) on services to homeless people, Miklós Soltész, State Secretary for Social, Family and Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Human Resources said on Saturday.
