The average price charged by Hungary for natural gas sold to Ukraine in January was $324 per 1,000 cubic metres, less than the $336 charged by Russia, according to Russian sources. Hungary sold 389.8 million cubic metres of gas to Ukraine in January for a total of $126.3 million.

This was the 23rd occasion the most prestigious Central European championship of distilleries was held. This year, the awards gala took place in the Esterházy Palace of the town of Eisenstadt, Austria.
