"Budapest Airport registered an amazing 8.9% traffic increase last year and recorded an all-time high of 8,920,653 passengers. Thus the 2007 record of 8.6 million has been surpassed by 320,000 passengers arriving and departing from the terminals of Budapest Airport.

On Thursday Angelina Jolie completed shooting the Hungarian locations of her new film, so on the following day the Hollywood dream-couple flew back to America. Budapest was home for a few months for Jolie and Pitt and the city was abuzz with their presence. Budapest received huge publicity while hosting the stars, but a few mysteries about their stay here cannot yet be deciphered.
