Mindful Hike & Yoga In Nature, Budapest, 22 May

If you have answered YES to all of these questions then you are welcome to join our Spiritual Hike&Yoga session in Kőbánya's forest. The Keresztúri-erdő tanösvény is an interesting trail, full of surprises. We will see lakes, farms, war relics, bunker and a lot of trees of course.

Meeting point is at 10 am at Bánya-tó Park. From there we will walk to the forest and reach Tünde Park where we will have a mindful yoga practice with sound healing bowls.
Hike is around 1,5 hrs for both ways, 1,5 hrs for the session and calculate some time staying in that beautiful place for good talks and a picnic.

At our way back you may consider staying at the terrace's lake to enjoy the rest of the day with food/drink and good company.
What to wear: trainers, comfortable clothes.
What to bring: a blanket or towel to put underneath you for the yoga practice, enough water, fruits & sandwiches (or anything to snack on after the session).
