Budapest mayor Istvan Tarlos, Constitutional Court judge Istvan Stumpf, Defence Minister Csaba Hende, education state secretary Rozsa Hoffmann, Foreign Ministry state secretary Zsolt Nemeth, ombudsman Mate Szabo and Fidesz MEP Gyorgy Schopflin will give lectures on the constitutional process, civil society, the ethnic minority issue and Central Europe.

Some 30 foreign lecturers will also give speeches."
