Yoga Classes At The Town Hall In Budapest
Last week the Town Hall in Budapest signed a contract of agency with yoga teacher Tamás Márk to offer the employees yoga classes once a week in the afternoon for one and a half hour. This agreement is merely for 4 occasions for which the Town Hall paid 50.000 Ft.

According to the trainer, every employee can join these classes and there have already been 25-28 participants even though the capacity is up to 40 people. “Mainly office-workers have chosen to come who generally spend their whole day in their office and they are eager to relax after a stressful day. Moreover, yoga is primarily not a sport but a spiritual way of relaxation, and it also helps people to focus on themselves more than they are usually used to”, added Tamás Márk.

At the present moment besides this new activity the Town Hall in Budapest offers its employees other means of sport opportunities. Until the end of December, two other trainers also help the office workers to keep fit for a fee of 4000 Ft per occasion.
