New Psychiatric Institute Planned In Budapest
"A new psychiatric institute will probably be opened on Budakeszi ut in Budapest’s 11th District, health undersecretary Peter Cserhati told Parliament's health committee. It would replace the National Psychiatric and Neurology Institute (OPNI), which was closed in 2007.

Committee chairman Istvan Mikola of Fidesz read out a draft resolution which was unanimously supported by committee members, asking the cabinet to launch an inquiry and name those responsible for closing the OPNI."
