Low Response To National Consultation In Hungary

A total of 690,327 people, fewer than 10% of the total asked, have returned completed questionnaires in the government’s “National Consultation” by the August 20 deadline, Prime Minister’s Office press chief Bertalan Havasi told Magyar Hírlap.
He said processing of the questionnaires is under way and is expected to end by the middle of September.
The questionnaires were sent to 8.2 million people in the spring.
