On the first salon Drs. Sari van Poelje, managing director of Intact, gave a presentation on Middleness and the manager. The audience was invited to participate in exercises, facilitated by a group of eight senior Intact coaches. The presentation can be found on the website: www.intact1.com

After the presentation everyone enjoyed the food provided by Smoke cafe, with the music of Tumba… in the background. We were also very proud to present Light By Night photography exhibition by our own Intact coach Sébastien Balbastre.

As one of the participants said: Sari’s coaching salon is an excellent initiative to bring together a community of people having similar interests and passion. I found Sari’s insights on „middleness” and the challenges of middle managers to grow their autonomy very true and valuable. The great insights were made memorable by vivid role plays and personal by mini group coaching sessions. The musicians created a real salon atmosphere during the networking part of the event.
