HungaroControl Opens New Air Traffic Centre

The new, three-storey air traffic control tower on 10,000m2 of floor space is equipped with state of the art technology.
The older control centre will be turned into a knowledge and training centre.
The new air traffic control centre is among the leading ones in Europe in terms of network infrastructure and technology, said HungaroControl CEO Kornél Szepessy.
HungaroControl handles 16,000 flights daily and will remotely direct air traffic over Kosovo from the new centre.
