New Year's Eve Buffet Dinner At Le Bourbon Restaurant In Budapest
A night to remember, featuring a lavish buffet on New Year's Eve composed by executive chef Zsolt Endrédi, accompanied by selected Hungarian wines. From 20.00 pm on December 31st 2013 in the Atrium we are waiting for you to say goodbye to 2013 together. Dinner starts at 20.30

Price of the buffet menu is EUR 140, - per person including selected Hungarian wines and sparkling wine, but subject to 10% service charge.

Sea salt and fresh dill marinated salmon sashimi on soda crackers
Wild boar galantine, dried fruit chutney
Serrano ham rolled with ricotta and rocket, black olive grissini
Goat cheese terrine with vegetables and Granny Smith apple
Goose liver terrine passion fruit jelly, five spice chips
Fines de Claire oysters

Pink prawns with citrus fruits salad and cocktail sauce
Cocktail tomatos with mozzarella and basil, cucumber brunoise
Mint young green peas pure with smoked duck breast

Roasted red snapper sauteed fennel, anis lemon butter sauce, Basmati pilaf rice

Farm chicken leg confit coriander raisin-lentil ragout
Chump end of veal , sautéed sweetbread, cepe and French mushroom fricasse
Low temperature cooking suckling pig with champagne cabbage,chef`s potato
Pinot Noir wine deer ragout, panseared glazed root vegetable
