Graphisoft Park booked profit of about EUR 11.1m from the sale of a development area adjacent to the park to Synergy Construction Hungary which is interested in residential developments.

Graphisoft Park's pro forma net profit from normal operations came to EUR 8.31m, edging up from EUR 7.96m in the base period.

Rental revenue rose to EUR 17.51m from EUR 17.26m.

The occupancy rate at the park stood at 96pc at year-end, well over the 87pc average for the entire Budapest office market, Graphisoft Park said.

In guidance, Graphisoft Park put its 2026 net profit at EUR 8.1m.

The estimated fair value of Graphisoft Park's real estate portfolio stood at EUR 211.1m at the end of December.
