SERENA 2009 - Pheasant breast on lentil salad with wild herbs and pear chutney

CHARDONNAY 2009 - Tomato consommé with fried buffalo mozzarella and basil sorbet

PINOT BLEU 2006 - Pan fried sea bass wrapped in zucchini, on risotto and chorizo fumet

MERLOT 2009 - Deer medallion and roulade served on balsamic infused red wine jus, accompanied with sweet potato mash and zucchini flower filled with chanterelles duxelles

CABERNET FRANC - White chocolate mousse with a dash of cinnamon, served with apricot sauce and rosemary flavoured crumbles
