Sales of Homes in Hungary Climb a Staggering 31% in December
Home sales in Hungary climbed 31pc year-on-year to 10,231 in December, a monthly estimate by listed real estate broker Duna House shows.

Duna House estimated that mortgage outlays came to HUF 105bn in December, up 66pc from the same month a year earlier.

For the full year, Duna House put home sales at 124,508, 18pc over the transaction number recorded by the Central Statistics Office (KSH) in 2023.

The broker augured a 10-20pc increase in home sales, as well as prices, in 2025.
