Hungarian Embassies To Open In Mongolia, Ecuador
Hungarian embassies are soon to open in Mongolia and Ecuador and existing embassies in Cyprus and Estonia will close, foreign affairs spokeswoman Anna Nagy said. The embassies in Ulan Bator and Quito will open on January 1, 2015.

Additionally, consulate generals will open in Kazan in Russia, Duesseldorf and Stuttgart in Germany, and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.

Nagy said Hungary would merge some of its representative offices abroad effective September 15. The UN and OSCE representative offices in Vienna will be merged, and the UN and WTO representative offices will be merged in Geneva.

Hungary’s UNESCO and OECD representative offices in Paris will also be merged effective December 31.

The Hungarian embassies in Nicosia and Tallinn will be closed on September 15, she added.
