Hungarian Navigation Software Company NNG To Open Dev Centre
Hungarian navigation software developer NNG, which makes the iGO application, will open a development centre in Szeged (S Hungary) in the autumn, chairman David Wiernik announced. NNG will hire 200 people, mainly programmers, to staff the centre, Wiernik said.

He said 50 people would staff the centre when it opens in November, but headcount would rise gradually.

NNG started focusing its business on navigation solutions in 2008 and now seven of the world’s top ten carmakers use its products. NNG had after-tax profit of 4.8 billion forints on revenue of 16.9 billion forints last year, public records show.

The company employs almost 600 people.
