AmCham Charity Thanksgiving Dinner, 25 November
Invite your family, friends, collegues and business partners to enjoy a festive buffet dinner, children programs and a live performance by Bálint Gájer*. Almost every culture in the world has held celebrations of thanks for a plentiful harvest. The American Thanksgiving holiday began as a feast of thanksgiving in the early days of the American colonies almost four hundred years ago. Thanksgiving is a time for tradition and sharing.

Even if they live far away, family members gather for a reunion at the house of an older relative. All give thanks together for the good things that they have. In this spirit of sharing, civic groups and charitable organizations offer a traditional meal to those in need, particularly the homeless. On most tables throughout the United States, foods eaten at the first thanksgiving have become traditional.

AmCham Hungary and Budapest Marriott Hotel together invite you to a family-friendly charity dinner. There will be a Charity Auction and a Charity Raffle during the event. All proceeds from the auction, the raffle and 5000 off the ticket price will support to the AmCham Foundation Charity Drive 2014 and SOS Village, supported by Budapest Marriott Hotel.

Ticket prices:
** AmCham Members and Marriott invitees: HUF 15 000 incl. VAT / person
** Kids between 12-18 years receive 50% discount
** Kids under 12 are our guests
** Non-members: HUF 20 000 incl. VAT / person

Participation fee includes unlimited consumption of welcome drinks, all-you-can-eat buffet, wine, soft drinks. Entertainment and supervised activities will be available for the kids. We are delighted to inform you that 5 000 HUF from each participation fee will equally be transferred to the above Foundations.

Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please specify number of participants, names, kids' age (if any) and method of payment. For AmCham members invoice will be issued after the dinner, while non-members are kindly asked to pay in advance. Written cancellations made by November 18 receive a full refund. Late cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged.
