Having realised that his British challenger had suffered an injury during their fight which saw him unable to stand on his feet, Hungarian judoka László Csoknyai carried off his fellow sportsman from the playing ground.

A video of his exemplary gesture has been made public on the Facebook page of the Swiss judo federation and has since been seen by over 230 000 people on the social media site and in excess of 80 000 on YouTube.
