Cake & Pastry Festival In Budapest, This Weekend

The fancy food festival will present delights from Hungarian confectioneries and cake makers at Millenáris Park in Buda, between 21 - 22 November. The organisers told XpatLoop.com this fun fair will showcase the 'latest trends in the sweet industry, and the best local confectioneries'. Guests can meet leading cake designers in person, and taste a wide range of creative desserts.
This year the cake design contest’s theme is Circus, to encourage spectacular creations from local cake makers, which will be exhibited during the festival.
Other programs include: making macarons, canalé, caramel and gingerbread, cake decorating, and other workshops on the 'Gastro Stage'.
