WAMP & NLCafé Winter Festival, Millenáris Budapest, 22 November

The creative decoration of our home, the baking of delicious cakes and the search for custom-made presents are definitely not the easiest tasks, but this joint program of WAMP and NLCafé will surely give you lot’s of support with all these duties.
What’s new for winter at WAMP
Unique accessories are always good choice when it gets chilly to boost your winter outfit. The cool gloves of Alpa Gloves, which are made of the finest leather at Pécs, are available both for men and women in more types from unlined leather to silk, fleece and even hare fur pieces.
The hats of Mariann Bara are recommended for those who love to be elegant and stylish during the weekdays as well, and do not shy away from a bit of extravagance. Talking about winter pieces we cannot miss out knitwear either. If you like standing out of the crowd and high quality is important to you, check out the brand ESZKA who designs uniquely patterned cardigans, coats and recently also blankets.
This Sunday WAMP will present more than 150 exhibitors so the fair can be an all day long program with lots of fun. If you meanwhile feel hungry try out the seasonal dips of DIPhouse, which are served with homemade bread and fresh vegetable. If you rather have a sweet tooth we recommend the fine sweets and pastries of Audrey and Henry, who follow the path of the best French pastry chefs.
The programs of NLCafé
The portal is preparing with a bunch of creative programs that will surely switch you in to Christmas mood. From 10am to 2pm you can learn the art of stamp making at the workshop of ArtiStamp where you can even make your own personal stamp. If you would like to give jewelry as a gift, take a sneak peek at Vadjutka’s workshop, where you can create beautiful pieces from wood balls and ribbon.
You can make home décor items with the blogger of Lakásművészet (Home Art) blog, and you can even take part at a cake workshop led by the bloggers of Rupáner Konyhája (Rupaner’s Kitchen) and Konyhalál. If you arrive in the afternoon you can decorate cool paper bags with Nokoncept between 2 and 6pm.
The pimped items, which are decorated with patterns, stencil and print, are great for storing but the smaller ones are also suitable for hiding presents. You can create necklaces with the founder of Cirrhopprecycle, some of her jewels that are made of cotton do not even require sewing so the success is guaranteed.
The blogger of Napfény illata (Smell of Sunshine) will help you to make tealight holder out of wineglass or wood hung decorations. Last but not least the bloggers of Csak a puffin (Just the puffin) and Sütit akarok!(I Want Cake!) will also preparing a pastry workshop for you.
The playroom of Mesesarok (Fairytale corner) will offer all day fun for kids, and there will be hourly relationship workshops with Kriszta Sarkadi and angel workshops with Balázs R. Kövér.
The designer of the month in November is Rosehip
Mr Bunny, wandering whale, a cute deer, a lonely little fox in the winter landscape, and of course girls, girls, and again girls characterize the adorable unique world of Ancsa Megyeri. The array of her unique illustrations and her badges, jewelry, leather purses and notebooks decorated with these graphics have recently been accompanied by beautiful leather bags, and her latest collection of silver coated, petite medals which depict animals and are available with chain.
During the years the product range has been extended, and so has the number of fans of Rosehip risen. Annamari is a very precise designer, and her products also reflect this perfectionism. At the November WAMP she is waiting for you with her latest collections and products.
Entry fee is 900 HUF, out of which 500 HUF can be used as a voucher at any WAMP till 31 March 2016.
The first 3000 visitors receive a canvas shopping bag for present.
With entry fee all programs can be joined for free.
