‘A man’s home is his castle’, as the proverb says. This quintessential Aussie comedy shows how far an everyday family is willing to go to prove just that. Satirizing the image of the ‘typical’ Australian and yielding many popular catchphrases, the film shows how the Kerrigans fight to save their home from property development, and how one should not try to win a court case.
