The number of visitors to Hungarian baths was up 2-4% year-on-year in the first six months, Baths Association head Szabolcs Juhász told Magyar Idõk. Growth in the summer is expected to exceed 2015 levels, which were especially favourable, he added.
Thanks to prolonged heatwaves, baths registered a 20% revenue growth last year and an 11% rise in the number of guests.
