The Kapuvár-based producer of yoghurt already operates three such “milk bars” serving drinks and baked goods, as well as 22 smaller outlets in Budapest.

Cserpes decided to open more units after one if its largest clients, the Lipóti bakery franchise, terminated its supplier contract last year.

Cserpes’s revenues reached Ft 4.2 billion in 2015.
