Oxygen By Ivan Vyripaev, Anker't, 30 December

Synopsis
What would you be willing to do so as not to suffocate? How far would you be willing to go? Would you lie? Would you steal? Would you cheat? Would you even kill, to survive? Would you bare false witness? Would you swear, deceive your friends, refrain from looking into the mirror?
One needs air. But not this stale, wretched and fusty air. One needs oxygen. Something new, something fresh. Else you will asphyxiate. Since it is not enough for you to inhale it, the air must also be rich in oxygen. It is not enough for you to consume it, you also must become oxygen yourself, otherwise all is in vain.
This is what small-town Sasha-boy realizes when he sets eyes on the big-town Sasha-girl. That he had not lived before. However, it is horrifying feeling to break free from a life poor in oxygen. To survive you must lie, kill, inhale and exhale. Theirs is a simple story, like the oxygen molecule: stiffly glued to each other in a pair, rewriting all previous order.
In our concert theatre performance the versatile DJ duo, Ádám Salman and Kinga Kovács (Sanyi) are responsible for the soundtrack, while the formation well known from Hungary’s Got Talent, the actors of Nylon Group, composed of Sándor Márkus and Angéla Eke (holder of the Junior Prima Prize) embody the two Sashas in a truly trash environment.
The performance text, on the borderline of slam poetry, was adapted by Kristóf ‘Actor Bob’ Horváth, known from the Hungarian and European Slam Poetry Championships.
