Bus Involved In Verona Crash May Have Had Illegal Fuel Tank
The Hungarian bus that crashed near Verona last month, killing 16 people may have been carrying an illegal fuel tank, a maintenance expert told news website Origo.

Buses travelling abroad sometimes carry extra tanks to save on fuel costs, he added, as the price difference between countries and bulk sale price agreements with oil companies can substantially reduce costs.

After the collision the bus caught fire immediately.

Tibor Czakó, head of the company that operated the bus, declined to comment.
