Initially, the route will operate three times a week, with flights scheduled on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. From 25 October, the service will increase to daily flights, offering greater flexibility for both business and leisure travellers.

The return of the route strengthens Budapest's long-haul connectivity and further expands travel options to one of the world's busiest international aviation hubs. 

Dubai is a popular destination from Budapest in its own right, while also serving as a major gateway for onward travel to destinations across the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Australia.
 

For visitors to Hungary, the reinstated service is expected to make Budapest even more accessible from the Gulf region, supporting tourism and business links. 

Likewise, travellers from Hungary will benefit from easier access to Dubai's attractions, shopping, beaches and year-round sunshine, as well as convenient connections through flydubai's growing network.

The increase to daily flights from late October also reflects growing demand for travel between the two cities and provides expats additional flight options during the busy winter travel season.
