Coca-Cola To Invest HUF 1.8 Bn In Capacity Expansion In Hungary
Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország is investing 1.8 billion forints (EUR 5.5m) in an expansion of its mineral water plant in Zalaszentgrót, in western Hungary, the company said.

The company is starting up production of its new “glaceau smartwater” premium product, a vapour distilled water with added electrolytes.

Coca-Cola will initially sell the water in Italy, Austria, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia and Ireland. Annual production could ramp up to 100m bottles in the next years.
