HIPA Brings 3.5 Billion Euros In Investments To Hungary In 2017
The Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA) successfully wound up negotiations on 96 projects last year, bringing 3.5 billion euros of investments to the country, HIPA chairman Róbert Ésik said in an interview published in Wednesday’s issue of business daily Világgazdaság.

These investments are creating 17,000 jobs, Ésik said. In the past four-and-a-half years, HIPA has helped bring some 12 billion euros of FDI to Hungary for around 350 investment projects that have created 65,000 jobs, the paper said.
