OTP Cutting Nearly 200 Digital Jobs in Hungary
OTP is to reduce headcount in its Digital Division by almost 200 as part of a broader push to streamline operations and improve cost efficiency.

In a statement to Telex, the bank said sustaining its competitive position required greater focus on simplifying procedures.

Digitalisation programmes are being reprioritised and technologies rationalised, steps that will affect staffing levels in the unit.

OTP said the changes are intended to create a more efficient and future-oriented operation that supports its long-term strategy and enhances customer experience by improving development efficiency.

Employees are expected to be informed in the coming days.
