Budapest chief prosecutor Tibor Ibolya said some doping substance was mixed into the victims’ drinks in the Fifth District bar and when they lost consciousness their mobile phones, documents, wallets and bank cards and other valuables were stolen.

The five defendants are accused of robbing six people on four occasions in the winter of 2016 and 2017, among them Britons and Swedes.
