When George the 1st organized a celebration on the Thames, he asked Händel to compose some festive music for the occasion.

There were 50 musician playing on a boat trip, and the King liked it so much he asked them to perform it three more times.

At this concerts, this famous composition can be heard in trumpet and organ variation.
