Coronavirus: Wizz Air To Reduce Capacity On Flights To Italy
Due to the drop in demand as the coronavirus spreads in Italy, Wizz Air has reduced the number of its Italian flights for the period of March 11 to April 2, the airline announced on Thursday.

In effect, the airline is cancelling 60% of its capacities, Portfolio notes.

Passengers with tickets for cancelled flights will be rebooked with other carriers or fully refunded.

Please note this State news service MTI first reported that “Hungarian discount air carrier Wizz Air suspended all its flights to Italy between March 10th and April 4th”, but that information proved to be incorrect.
