Travel 2020 Expo @ Hungexpo, 27 February – 1 March
Hungary’s number one tourism fair awaits the professional and public audience until 1 March 2020 for the 43th occasion at HUungexpo Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center, together with Budapest Boat Show.

Italy is the foreign guest of honour this year.

Apart from the beauty of our landscape, coastlines and sunny climate, our characteristic Italian cuisine, superb ski resorts and mountainous hotels, the highlighted theme of the 2020 Travel exhibition, cultural and religious tourism, allows us to present even more attractions in our country. "Organisers are constantly monitoring the situation regarding the coronavirus and has contacted the competent authorities. According to the current information, there is no reason to restrict the holding of exhibitions or events in Hungary, nor are there any restrictions on entry to any country that appears at the Travel exhibition.

Of course, the safety and health of participants of the event is top priority for us, whatever changes are happening in the epidemiological situation, we will follow the guidelines of the relevant state and central authorities and follow any measures they propose.

At the exhibition, we introduce enhanced hygiene and cleaning measures, as well as hand sanitizer machines are installed in the exhibition and reception halls."

Hungexpo expects Travel Expo 2020 to draw as many as 40,000 visitors.
