Hungary’s City Leaders Invited To Wednesday Government Meeting
Budapest Mayor Gergely Karácsony and Károly Szita, the mayor of the city of Kaposvár and head of the association of cities with county rights, have been invited to Wednesday’s government meeting to discuss response to the novel coronavirus epidemic, the head of the Prime Minister’s Office has said.

Gergely Gulyás told MTI that the government wanted to gauge the opinions of city leaders ahead of the expiration of movement restrictions on April 11.

The Wednesday meeting will decide on which measures to uphold and what further steps to be taken, Gulyás said.
