Cancelled: Street Music Festival, Veszprém, Hungary, 26 - 29 August

Good news, despite the challenges of Covid-19 the annual Street Music Festival in Veszprém will be held this year.

Once again for a few days Veszprém will become a 'real festival town' featuring entertainment in various styles, with live music played in the town centre from morning to late night.

A detailed program will be available soon say the organisers.

Rick Astley, as well as Dee Dee Bridgewater, Electro Deluxe and Deladap, will perform at the 14th Paloznak Jazz Picnic, which will be held from August 6 to 8 next year in this Balaton Uplands settlement.

Celtic Halloween Celebration at Aquincum Museum, 1 October

Samhain, or the Celtic Halloween festival, will be held at the Aquincum Museum on October 31st from the afternoon until late evening, where Celtic tales, craft workshops, a fire duel and a costume contest await those interested.
