Falling Rent Prices Stall In Hungary
For the time being, the fall in rent prices has stopped, but at the same time, most students in higher education are still studying digitally, so it is not yet known whether this year's changes are lasting or whether the decline in rents has only temporarily stopped, writes origo.hu.

According to the latest data from ingatlan.com, the rent of flats and houses in Budapest decreased by 20% year-on-year to HUF 130,000, but there was no change compared to January.

Looking at the rental market offer outside Budapest, it seems that there are some county seats, such as Szombathely (215 km southwest of Budapest) and Kecskemét (90 km southeast), where rents have increased compared to January.
