Orbán to Meet Far-Right Salvini in Rome
PM Viktor Orbán will meet Matteo Salvini, the leader of Italy’s League Party, the prime minister’s press chief said. Confirming Italian press reports, Bertalan Havasi said Orbán and Salvini would discuss Italy’s and Hungary’s international situation and relationships, especially economic and investment ties.

The reports also said the meeting would also provide an opportunity “for Salvini to congratulate Orbán on his election win, and express feelings of friendship and cooperation between the governments in Rome and Budapest.”
