VICE says it's no accident that on April 3 Hungary will vote in national elections and on LGBT+ rights, since 'attacking minorities has been part of PM Orban's autocratic strategy'. 

Conditions have become so dire that LGBT+ people are fleeing the country, reports VICE news.
