Property Rental Prices Rising Nationally
There is a significant rise in prices in the national rental market, according to profitline.hu.

In one year, the average rent in the capital increased by 35% to HUF 175,000; in most county seats, the increase was 8-33%.

The significant rise in rents can be partly explained by the significant decline in supply; there were just over 10,000 apartments available for rent in May this year, which corresponds to a 49% decrease in one year.

The yield available in the rental market has almost halved over a seven-year period, which is also holding back supply.
