Lower Flat Owner Approval Threshold for Solar Panel Investments in Hungary
The government has lowered the flat owner approval threshold for solar panel investments on buildings with multiple dwellings from 100% to 75%, a Fidesz lawmaker said on Facebook on Friday.

The decree effecting the measure was initiated by Fidesz’s Budapest head, Zsolt Láng, who is also government commissioner in charge of economic developments in Central Hungary.

Hungary’s government has rolled out a number of measures recently that aim to cushion the country against the impact of a looming winter energy crisis in Europe.
