Ryanair Flight Forced to Land in Hungary Due to Bomb Alert
Passengers were stranded for eight hours after a Ryanair plane flying from Poland to Israel was forced to make an emergency landing at the Debrecen airport on Saturday due to a bomb threat, Civishir news website reported.

The Defence Ministry announced that Gripen fighter jets were alerted to the situation of a Boeing 737 carrying 148 passengers and crew, and escorted the civilian aircraft after it entered Hungarian airspace from Romania until it landed in Debrecen.

Passengers had to wait eight hours until midnight while the aircraft was searched before take-off, but nothing was found.
