Market for Houses in Hungary Revived in February
The housing market revived in February with increasing transactions and slowly strengthening demand, according to Duna House, writes profitline.hu.

By the real estate brokerage company's estimate, 6,253 sales took place nationwide last month, a 7% increase compared to January.

Among the properties sold with the cooperation of Duna House on the Buda side of the capital, 25-25% were homes of between 40-60 and 80-100 sqm.

On the Pest side, properties with a floor area between 20-40, 40-60, and 60-80 sqm were mainly for sale.

In Buda and Pest, most apartments were sold for HUF 600,000-800,000 per sqm.
