Migrants cannot be allowed in and they should not be privileged by a legal status, Prime Minister Viktor Orban said in an interview on Monday. He said "we are doomed" if they entered and "there is no way back".
A Budapest visit by the European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) "is part of a pact" between opposition Tisza Party and Brussels, an official of the ministry of EU affairs said on Wednesday, adding that Brussels wants to have a puppet government to lead Hungary.
The European Commission stands with the LGBTQ community in Hungary, and in every other EU member state, the European Commissioner for Democracy, Justice and Rule of Law, said in a plenary session of the European Parliament.
It is "unthinkable" that Ukraine could join the EU, Prime Minister Viktor Orban said in an interview to public radio.
