CEU: 'Liveable World Festival' in Budapest, 12 - 13 June
The Central European University (CEU) will hold its Liveable World Festival in Budapest on June 12 - 13, featuring lectures, film screenings and exhibitions. The events at the university’s Nádor Street building are free, though some require prior registration.

The festival will include a discussion with clinical psychologist Annamaria Tari and HaverVagy community founder Csaba Keri on the role of communities in well-being.

Author Andras Dezso will present his new book on the post-1989 Balaton nightlife and underworld, while a screening of Olga Kosanovic's documentary Kicsit sem lipicai will explore citizenship and identity.

The programme also features discussions on microbiomes, artificial intelligence in health care, democracy and urban development.

An interactive art installation on the CEU rooftop will focus on identity and community belonging.

The detailed programme is available on the CEU website and the festival's Facebook page.
