Home Rental Rates & Home Prices Rise in Hungary
Home rental rates in Hungary rose 5.2pc year-on-year in June, data compiled by the Central Statistics Office (KSH) from listings site Ingatlan.com show.

Rental rates in the capital increased 4.7pc.

In a month-on-month comparison, home rental rates were up 0.9pc nationwide and were 1.1pc higher in Budapest.
 

In the capital, the median monthly rental rate stood at HUF 260,000 in July.

Home prices in Hungary climb 12.2pc in June

Home prices in Hungary rose 12.2pc year-on-year in June, listings site ingatlan.com said on Tuesday.

In Budapest, home prices were 8.7pc higher.

In a month-on-month comparison, home prices were up 0.6pc nationwide but inched 0.1pc lower in Budapest.

Median prices in the capital stood at HUF 1.4m/sqm for resale homes in the first week of July.
